Please note that the contractor was unable to finish the works at Thurleigh Road last week due to a problem with the asphalt supply from the plant. The remaining section will therefore be completed this Friday (9th June) under the same working arrangements as before- ie nighttime closure 8pm to 6am with diversions in place
Note that as part of this re-visit the works included installation of additional road markings on the approaches to the Milton Road junction in an effort to deter the reported high speeds in the area following resurfacing of the road last year.
