8.5 To confirm who will undertake the bi monthly reconciliation for the year

8.11 To review and confirm the Council’s policies, procedures and practices in respect of its obligations under freedom of information and data protection legislation
8.12 To review and confirm the council’s policy for dealing with the press/media
8.13 To review and confirm the Council’s employment policies and procedures;
8.14 To review and confirm the Council’s expenditure incurred under s.137 of the Local Government Act 1972 or general power of competence
8.15 To confirm that the Bank mandate remains fit for purpose in respect of signatories
8.16 To determine the time and place of ordinary meetings of the full council up to and including the next annual meeting of full council.

9.1 To approve items for payment April, May and June
9.2 To confirm all payments made by Direct debit remain valid
9.3 To confirm Bank Reconciliation, and agree who will undertake for this financial year
9.4 To confirm Income and Expenditure to 31st March 2026 year end

9.6 To approve the Internal Audit report
