At the March meeting of the Parish Council the following was covered, amongst other items.
Hayle Field: The developer attended the meeting and advised that is was their intention to build out the development and they are looking to start In the Autumn, subject to planning conditions being met.
Coronation: The Parish Council intend to plant a tree or possibly trees to celebrate the Coronation, this will be done later in the year during tree planting season. If any resident has any suggestions as to where these may go please let the Clerk know
Milton Road: The Borough Council have confirmed that they are awaiting a date from the contractors to undertake remedial work on the old concrete road from Milton Ernest to Sharnbrook ( where the current slippery road signs are) and this will likely entail further road closures. At the same time the white lines will be replaced on Milton Road. At the moment it is anticipated this will be late spring/early summer.
